Catalyst Acoustics Group uses the Catalyst Connect registration site to collect information needed to register attendees, build event agendas, manage bus or tour assignments, provide event reminders, and support onsite event operations.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, company or organization, mobile phone number, agenda selections, bus or tour selections, CEU session selections, confirmation status, check-in status, and event communication preferences.
How we use your information
Your information is used to confirm your registration, reserve session capacity, create your personal agenda, send event-related email confirmations, send optional text reminders if you opt in, support check-in, and help the event team manage attendance and reporting.
Text message reminders
Mobile phone numbers collected for Catalyst Connect text reminders are used only for event-related communications, including agenda confirmations, bus or tour updates, session reminders, and day-of-event notifications. Text reminders are optional. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Sharing and selling information
We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the event site, email delivery, text messaging, or registration records.
Google Sheets and event records
Registration and agenda information may be stored in connected event records such as Google Sheets so the event team can manage attendance, confirmations, reminders, bus assignments, and session counts.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect registration information. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but access should be limited to people and systems that need the information for event operations.
Your choices
You may register without opting in to text reminders. If you opted in to text reminders, you may reply STOP to opt out. You may also contact the event team to request updates or corrections to your registration information.
